Subject: Government information. Summary/Major Elements: This bill requires the department of administration and information to develop the Wyoming public finance website to make the financial information of government entities available on the internet. This bill gives rulemaking authority to the department related to obtaining information for the website and the development and maintenance of the website. Note: Final action on this bill was not taken at the time this summary was prepared. Should changes be made to the bill upon final passage, an updated summary will be transmitted to all legislators.
