Subject: Corrections of inadvertent errors and omissions in past legislation. Summary/Major Elements: This bill makes technical corrections to current statutes which are incorrect due to changes in statutory citations at the state and federal levels. It also corrects current laws containing errors which were clear oversights or omissions. The bill also corrects errors found in 2010 legislation passed earlier in the session. Other than the corrections of 2010 legislation, any bill passed in the 2010 session in conflict with the revisor's bill takes precedence over the revisor's bill.
