This act provides for a contingent repeal of the act if the fees received are not sufficient to support the board. This act provides penalties for violation of the act. Comments: This act requires a report to the Joint Travel Committee on the activities of the board. This act requires a contingent report to the Legislature if the board determines that it cannot continue operations based on its receipt of fees under the act.
