Subject: University of Wyoming School of Energy Resources; Mineral and Energy Program Grants. Summary/Major Elements: Changes the name of the "clean coal research task force" to the "advanced conversion technologies task force." Changes the name of the "clean coal research task force account" to the "advanced conversion technologies task force account." Extends the sunset date of the task force from June 30, 2013 until June 30, 2017. Provides that the task force shall issue grants to applicants with research projects into clean coal and advanced conversion technologies which benefit mineral and energy programs within the state.
