Plain English: This amendment attempts to change how money is deposited by the county commission and what the largest city must do, but the text provided cuts off before finishing these instructions.
The bill would require the Montgomery County Commission to deposit funds into a specific account.
The amendment text is incomplete because it stops in the middle of a sentence about what the largest municipality must do.
Because the text ends abruptly, we cannot explain the full rules or requirements for the city mentioned on page 1 lines 20 through 42.
