BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 3
* Section 1. AS 35.40 is amended by adding a new section to read: 4
Sec. 35.40.410. Harold Esmailka Airport. The state-owned public use airport 5
at Ruby is named the Harold Esmailka Airport. 6
* Sec. 2. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c). 7
