FOR AN ACT ENTITLED

"An Act designating a state dinosaur; and providing for an effective date." 1
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 2
* Section 1. AS 44.09 is amended by adding a new section to read: 3
Sec. 44.09.160. State dinosaur. The Nanuqsaurus is the official state dinosaur. 4
* Sec. 2. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c). 5
