"An Act relating to state refuges and fish and game critical habitat areas; relating to the 1
boundaries of the Jonesville Public Use Area; and providing for an effective date." 2
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 3
* Section 1. AS 16.20.030(a) is amended to read: 4
(a) The land areas now included in the National Wildlife Refuge System that 5
are cited in this subsection are designated as state game refuges, and the board shall 6
assign them appropriate refuge names: 7
(1) Aleutian Islands Refuge (except Umnak, Unalaska, Akun, Akutan, 8
Sanak, and Tigalda Islands); 9
