BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 4
* Section 1 . AS 44.33.240, 44.33.242, 44.33.245, 44.33.255, 44.33.260, 44.33.270, 5
44.33.272, and 44.33.275 are repealed. 6
* Sec. 2. This Act takes effect July 1, 2026. 7
