Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Section 10-3101, Arizona Revised
Statutes, is amended to read:

Short title

Chapters 24 through 40
of this title
shall
be known and may be cited as the Arizona nonprofit corporation act.
