BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL 20
ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS: 21

THAT during the Fiscal Session of the Ninety-Fifth General Assembly of 23
the State of Arkansas the: 24
(1) House of Representatives may recess for periods of four (4) 25
consecutive days or longer, by declaration of the Speaker of the House of 26
Representatives; and 27
(2) Senate may recess for periods of four (4) consecutive days or 28
longer, by declaration of the President Pro Tempore of the Senate. 29
