Alcoholic beverages: licensees.
Existing law, the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, authorizes a licensed beer manufacturer or wholesaler to sell beer from wagons or trucks to licensees authorized to sell beer.
This bill would additionally authorize a licensed beer manufacturer or wholesaler to sell beer to licensees authorized to sell beer from trailers.
