AB 2760, as amended, Sharp-Collins.
Educational equity: discrimination: Office of Civil Rights.
County board of supervisors: inspector general.
Existing law requires a board of supervisors to supervise the official conduct of all county officers and ensure that they faithfully perform their duties. control department or the office of chief probation, as defined.
Existing law establishes the Office of Civil Rights, under the administration of the Government Operations Agency, with the purpose of working directly with school districts, county offices of education, and charter schools to prevent and address discrimination and bias, as described.
