Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:1
SECTION 1. In Colorado Revised Statutes, 40-9.8-104, amend2
(5) introductory portion; and repeal (7) as follows:3
40-9.8-104. Microgrids for community resilience grant4
program - creation - grant application process - report.5
(5) On or before December 1, 2023, and N OTWITHSTANDING6
SECTION 24-1-136 (11)(a)(I), on or before December 1 of each year,7
thereafter, the division shall submit a report summarizing the grants8
awarded in the previous twelve months through the grant program,9
including:10
(7) This section is repealed, effective September 1, 2026.11
SECTION 2. Safety clause. The general assembly finds,12
determines, and declares that this act is necessary for the immediate13
preservation of the public peace, health, or safety or for appropriations for14
the support and maintenance of the departments of the state and state15
institutions.16
