CONCERNING THE REPEAL OF A REQUIREMENT TO CONTRACT FOR USE OF AN
ONLINE PLATFORM BY HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS FOR PUBLIC
BENEFITS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:
SECTION 1. In Colorado Revised Statutes, repeal 23-1-139 as
follows:
23-1-139. Department directive - contract for use of online
platform for public benefits.
The department shall eontt act fot and facilitate the use of an online
platform by any institution of higher education in Colorado, whether public
or pt iv ate, in or dct to assist students in accessing public benefits. Individual
institutions that use the online platfot m that the department contracts for ate
requited to contribute financially for use of the platform.
SECTION 2. Safety clause. The general assembly finds,
