AN ACT REDUCING FEES FOR SMALL BUSINESS FILINGS WITH
THE SECRETARY OF THE STATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:

That title 34 of the general statutes be amended to reduce fees for 1
small business filings with the Secretary of the State. 2
