AN ACT REESTABLISHING THE JOB EXPANSION TAX CREDIT
PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:

That section 12 -217pp of the general statutes be amended to 1
reestablish the job expansion tax credit program. 2
