AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING TO INCREASE MEDICAID RATES
FOR PRIVATE PROVIDERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:

That the sum of ___ _ dollars be appropriated to the Department of 1
Social Services, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 2
30, 2027, to increase Medicaid reimbursement rates for private providers 3
in accordance with phase one of the Medicaid rate study. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To increase funding for Medicaid rates in accordance with the Medicaid
rate study.
