AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR FARMLAND PRESERVATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:

That additional funds be appropriated to the Department of Energy 1
and Environmental Protection, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year 2
ending June 30, 2027, for farmland preservation. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To increase funding for farmland preservation.
