AN ACT CONCERNING THE SCHOOL BUILDING PROJECT AT
WINDHAM HIGH SCHOOL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:

That notwithstanding the provisions of section 10-285a of the general 1
statutes, or any regulation adopted by the State Board of Education or 2
the Department of Administrative Services pursuant to said section 3
concerning the reimbursement percentage that a local board of 4
education may be eligible to receive for a school building project, the 5
town of Windham may use the reimbursement rate of ninety -five per 6
cent for the renovation project at Windham High School (Project 7
Number 163-0079 RNV). 8
Statement of Purpose:
To provide the town of Windham with a ninety -five per cent
reimbursement rate for its school building project at Windham High
School.
