AN ACT INCREASING FUNDING FOR PUBLIC SCHOOLS, MAGNET
SCHOOLS AND CHARTER SCHOOLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:

That subdivision (9) of section 10 -262f of the general statutes be 1
amended to increase the foundation amount for purposes of the 2
equalization aid grant, choice grant and charter school grant. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure equitable and adequate funding for schools across the state.
