AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR INSTALLATION
OF TRAFFIC CALMING MEASURES IN THE TOWNS OF BLOOMFIELD
AND WEST HARTFORD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:

That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3 -20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
___ dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by the Department of 4
Transportation for the purpose of installing traffic calming measures on 5
state roads in the towns of Bloomfield and West Hartford. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding to improve traffic safety and management and
roadway conditions in the towns of Bloomfield and West Hartford.
