AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR A YOUTH
CENTER IN THE FAIR HAVEN COMMUNITY OF NEW HAVEN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:

That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3 -20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
two million five hundred dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used 4
by the Department of Economic and Community Development for the 5
purpose of providing a grant -in-aid to the city of New Haven for the 6
development of a youth center in the Fair Haven community of said city. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for the development of a youth center in the Fair
Haven community of New Haven.
