AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TAX CREDIT FOR MANUFACTURERS
THAT DONATE EQUIPMENT OR SUPPLIES TO MANUFACTURING
TRAINING PROGRAMS AT PUBLIC SCHOOLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:

That title 12 of the general statutes be amended to create a tax credit 1
for manufacturers that donate equipment or supplies to manufacturing 2
training programs at public middle schools or public high schools in the 3
state. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To encourage the donation of equipment and supplies to public middle
schools and public high schools in the state that have manufacturing
training programs by allowing manufacturers to receive a tax credit for
such donations.
