AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENTS TO CAMP OAKDALE IN THE TOWN OF
MONTVILLE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:

That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3 -20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
three million eight hundred thousand dollars, the proceeds of which 4
shall be used by the Department of Economic and Community 5
Development for the purpose of providing a grant-in-aid to the town of 6
Montville for capital improvements to Camp Oakdale. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for capital improvements to Camp Oakdale in the
town of Montville.
