AN ACT INCREASING FUNDING FOR CERTAIN TRANSITION
SERVICES OFFERED TO STUDENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to appropriate one hundred 1
fifty thousand dollars to the Department of Developmental Services to 2
acquire software licenses to share with local and regional boards of 3
education for the purpose of increasing transition services to students 4
as part of Project SEARCH administered by the department. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the availability of transition services for students under
Project SEARCH.
