Dist., Chairperson of the Committee on the part of the House,
that the bill ought to pass.

AN ACT CONCERNING POSTSECONDARY EDUCATION IN THE
STATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:

Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Office of Higher Education shall 1
conduct a study relating to postsecondary education in the state. Not 2
later than January 1, 2027, the office shall submit a report, in accordance 3
with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes, on the results 4
of such study to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly 5
having cognizance of matters relating to higher education and 6
employment advancement. 7
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
sections:
