AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR THE PROBATE COURTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:

That the sum of four million seven hundred thousand dollars be 1
appropriated to the Probate Courts, from the General Fund, for the fiscal 2
year ending June 30, 2027, for the increased compensation to 3
conservators for indigent conserved persons to align with the increase 4
in minimum wages. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To fund an increase in court -appointed conservator compensation to
align with the increase in minimum wage in accordance with the
recommendations of the working group convened under section 7 of
public act 25-48.
