AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR AUTISM SPECTRUM
DISORDER SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:

That the sum of five million dollars be appropriated to the 1
Department of Social Services, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year 2
ending June 30, 2027, for the Autism Spectrum Disorder waiver 3
program. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To increase funding for the Autism Spectrum Disorder waiver program
to help alleviate the lengthy wait list.
