AN ACT INCREASING THE PER DIEM RATE FOR MEMBERS OF THE
STATE BOARD OF LABOR RELATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:

That subsection (a) of section 31 -102 of the general statutes be 1
amended to increase the pay a member or alternate member receives for 2
each day during which such member is engaged in the duties of the 3
board from one hundred fifty dollars to three hundred dollars. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the per diem rate for regular and alternate members of the
State Board of Labor Relations.
