AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR THE PREAPPRENTICESHIP
GRANT PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:

That the sum of ____ dollars be appropriated to the Department of 1
Education, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2
2027, for the preapprenticeship grant program established pursuant to 3
section 10-21p of the general statutes. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To fully fund the preapprenticeship grant program and award each
student who successfully completes the program not less than one
thousand dollars.
