Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:

That section 32 -4i of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
Commissioner of Economic and Community Development to establish 2
the Learn Here, Live Here program, increase the annual expenditure on 3
such program to not more than five million dollars and make such 4
program available only to individuals whose annual federal adjusted 5
gross income is seventy-five thousand dollars or less. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To: (1) Require the establishment of the Learn Here, Live Here program;
(2) increase the annual expenditure on such program to not more than
five million dollars; and (3) make such program available only to
individuals whose annual federal adjusted gross income is not more
than seventy-five thousand dollars.
