AN ACT CONCERNING AN INCREASE OF THE FOUNDATION
AMOUNT FOR PURPOSES OF THE EDUCATION COST-SHARING
GRANT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:

That subdivision (9) of section 10 -262f of the general statutes be 1
amended to redefine "foundation" by increasing the amount of the 2
foundation from eleven thousand five hundred twenty -five dollars to 3
sixteen thousand sixty-five dollars. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To provide property tax relief.
