Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:

That chapter 214c of the general statutes be amended to replace the 1
cannabis tax based on total THC with a flat excise tax. 2

To replace the cannabis tax based on total THC with a flat excise tax.
