AN ACT ELIMINATING STATE TAXES OR FEES FOR WHICH

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to eliminate any state tax or fee 1
for which the cost of collection exceeds the revenue received by the state 2
from the imposition of such tax or fee. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate any state tax or fee for which the cost of collection exceeds
the revenue received by the state from the imposition of such tax or fee.
