AN ACT ELIMINATING VARIOUS OCCUPATIONAL AND
PROFESSIONAL LICENSE, PERMIT, CERTIFICATION AND

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to eliminate (1) occupational 1
license fees for speech and language pathologists, (2) license, permit, 2
certification and registration fees for occupations and professions 3
regulated by the Department of Consumer Protection, and (3) 4
certification fees for teaching certificates. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate various occupational and professional license, permit,
certification and registration fees.
