AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE TO IMPROVE DAMS,
CULVERTS, BRIDGES AND WATERWAYS IN THE TOWN OF
LEDYARD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:

That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3 -20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
seven million dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by the 4
Department of Energy and Environmental Protection for the purpose of 5
improving the dams, culverts, bridges and waterways on Long Pond, 6
Bush Pond and other related waterways in the town of Ledyard. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding to improve the dams, culverts, bridges and
waterways on Long Pond, Bush Pond and other related waterways in
the town of Ledyard.
