AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR WATER LINES
AND NECESSARY EQUIPMENT IN THE TOWN OF HEBRON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:

That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3 -20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
two million dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by the 4
Department of Public Health for the purpose of water lines and 5
necessary equipment in the town of Hebron. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for water lines and necessary equipment in the town
of Hebron to support new housing.
