AN ACT SUSPENDING INFLATION COST LIMITATIONS FOR
INTERMEDIATE CARE FACILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:

That section 17b-340 of the general statutes be amended to suspend 1
the inflation cost limitation on direct care costs for Medicaid -funded 2
intermediate care facilities. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce financial burdens on intermediate care facilities funded under
the Medicaid program.
