AN ACT EXEMPTING CERTAIN ACTIVE DUTY SERVICE MEMBERS
FROM PAYING FEES FOR ANY MOTOR VEHICLE OPERATOR'S
LICENSE AND REGISTRATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:

That subsection (c) section 14 -50 of the general statutes be amended 1
to exempt any active duty service member who was not a resident of 2
Connecticut at the time of induction from paying fees for any motor 3
vehicle operator's license or registration. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt active duty service members who were not residents of
Connecticut at the time of induction from paying fees for motor vehicle
operator's licenses and registrations.
