AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR THE DAIRY INDUSTRY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:

That the sum of twenty million dollars be appropriated to the 1
Department of Agriculture, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year 2
ending June 30, 2027, for dairy farmer sustainability. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding to protect the dairy industry.
