AN ACT INCREASING THE APPROPRIATION FOR THE SPECIAL
EDUCATION AND EXPANSION DEVELOPMENT GRANT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:

That section 10-76ggg of the general statutes be amended to increase 1
the appropriation of the special education and expansion development 2
grant by one hundred ninety -one million dollars for the fiscal year 3
ending June 30, 2027. 4

To support students with special education needs and protect school
districts from volatility in special education expenditures.
