AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENTS TO VINAL TECHNICAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE
TOWN OF MIDDLETON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:

That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3 -20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
____ dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by the Department of 4
Education for the purpose of providing a grant -in-aid to the Vinal 5
Technical High School in the town of Middleto wn for capital 6
