AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE TO COMPLETE THE
INSTALLATION OF A GENERATOR FOR REGIONAL SCHOOL
DISTRICT NUMBER 8.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:

That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3 -20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
seven hundred thousand dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by 4
the Department of Education for the purpose of providing a grant -in- 5
aid to Regional School District Number 8 to complete the installation of 6
a generator to create a regional shelter. 7
