AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR THE
EXPANSION OF THE CAFETERIA AT LEDYARD MIDDLE SCHOOL IN
THE TOWN OF LEDYARD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:

That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3 -20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
one million dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by the 4
Department of Education for the purpose of providing a grant-in-aid to 5
the town of Ledyard to expand the cafeteria at Ledyard Middle School. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding to the town of Ledyard to expand the cafeteria at
Ledyard Middle School to accommodate the students at meal times.
