AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR PURCHASES
AND PROJECTS AT THE BALTIC FIRE ENGINE COMPANY IN THE
TOWN OF SPRAGUE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:

That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3 -20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
one hundred thousand dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by 4
the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection for the 5
purpose of providing a grant -in-aid to the Baltic Fire Engine Company 6
in the town of Sprague to complete purchases and projects. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding to complete purchases and projects at the Baltic Fire
Engine Company in the town of Sprague.
