AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR THE
EXPANSION OF BILL LIBRARY IN THE TOWN OF LEDYARD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:

That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3 -20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
one million dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by the 4
Department of Economic and Community Development for the purpose 5
of providing a grant-in-aid to the town of Ledyard for the expansion of 6
the Bill Library. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for the expansion of the Bill Library in the town of
Ledyard.
