AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR A RADIO
DISPATCH SYSTEM FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENTS IN THE TOWN
OF MONTVILLE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:

That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3 -20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
one million dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by the 4
Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection for the 5
purpose of providing a grant-in-aid to the town of Montville for a radio 6
dispatch system for the fire departments in said town. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for a radio dispatch system for the fire departments
in the town of Montville.
