AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR A SEWER
EXPANSION PROJECT IN THE FITCHVILLE SECTION OF THE TOWN
OF BOZRAH.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:

That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3 -20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
five million dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by the 4
Department of Public Health for the purpose of providing a grant-in-aid 5
to the town of Bozrah to extend sewer lines in the Fitchville section of 6
said town to connect to Norwich Public Utilities. 7

To provide funding for a sewer expansion project in the Fitchville
section of the town of Bozrah.
