AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR THE
RENOVATION, REHABILITATION AND UPDATE OF RECREATIONAL
FIELDS IN THE VILLAGE OF BALTIC.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:

That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3 -20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
two million dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by the 4
Department of Economic and Community Development for the purpose 5
of providing a grant -in-aid to the town of Sprague for renovating, 6
rehabilitating and updating recreational fields in the village of Baltic in 7
said town. 8
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for the renovation, rehabilitation and update of
recreational fields in the village of Baltic in the town of Sprague.
